Steve Grubbs is the founder and CEO of Victory Enterprises, Inc. Steve is a former Iowa state representative and Chairman of the Republican Party of Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa Business school as well as its law school. Steve has extensive experience in politics, both as a candidate and in the management of campaigns.

Brian serves as the President of Victory Enterprises, Inc. Brian's extensive political experience includes time as field staff for Lamar Alexander's Iowa 1996 Iowa Caucus campaign, Organization Director for U.S. Senator Charles Grassley's re-election in 1998 and Executive Director of the Legislative Majority Fund, overseeing Iowa State House and State Senate campaigns. In addition, Brian also worked in an official capacity for U.S. Congressman Tom Latham. Brian also served as an alderman for the City of Davenport from 2006 - 2007.

Steve Schoeffel began his career as Doorkeeper of the Illinois House in 1995 and Illinois House Republican Policy Staff from 1995 through 1999. He went on to work for two executive branch agencies before serving as Executive Director of Illinois Lawsuit Abuse Watch, a not-for-profit grassroots legal reform organization. He has served in management positions in municipal, congressional and statewide campaigns over the past fifteen years, most recently as Deputy Campaign Manager for Field Operations for the successful Bill Brady for Governor primary campaign. Summers is a graduate of Northwestern University and has worked in the Madison area for the last eight years, spending six of those leading enterprise healthcare informatics deployments and the two most recent consulting as an IT program manager for financial services organizations. Throughout that time Summers has remained active in local and statewide politics, working in varying capacities for federal and statewide races. He is a founding member of the Dane County Young Republicans, directing their media relations and messaging programs. Doug is a Consultant for Victory Enterprises, Inc. His experience spans the public, private and non-profit sectors, where he has served in senior staff positions for the Mayor and City Council of Cedar Rapids and for the Chairman of the U.S. House Representatives Banking and Financial Services Committee, and as the President of an affordable housing entity. Betty joined Victory Enterprises in April of 2003 as the Administrative Assistant to CEO, Steve Grubbs. Prior, she served as Vice President of the Davenport Chamber of Commerce. A lifetime of public service, Betty has served on dozens of boards for various community organizations. She is active in the Iowa Federation of Republican Women and is a Past President of Scott County Republican Women.

Jamie serves as Director of Technology Sales for Victory Enterprises. He led KWPC/KWCC Radio Group to record volume years through effective station and advertiser promotions between 1999-2003. Jamie controlled the fundraising strategy for Iowans for Tax Relief through 2007 as Development Director and worked on local, state and national campaigns during that time. As a National Trainer and Leadership Development Program member for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Jamie generated over 1500 new members, trained the National Rookie of the Year and National #1 Rep in the country. He understands what every type of small business owner values, resists and how it intersects with governmental policies and regulations. Jamie has extensive experience in retail, management, promotions, sales and fundraising.
